Susanna Crofton - BC Select Homes
Having personally bought, renovated and sold over a dozen homes in Victoria, Susanna understand the process: from creating a strategy, choosing a REALTOR®, staging a property, and understanding contracts through to negotiating a successful Purchase or Sale. Susanna is a person you want in your corner. On average, Susanna sells homes in less time than the VREB average, 24 days compared to 40 days, and help buyers save $17,800 off their purchase price.
As a MLS® Award Winning Realtor, Susanna works with people who are “Rightsizing”: making decisions that affect both lifestyle changes and long-term economic security. Susanna holds her SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) Designations as well as an Interior Design Diploma.
On a personal note, Susanna was born on Saltspring Island, in the same room as her father and grandfather. Raised in Victoria, Susanna first attended Norfolk House School then became one of the first 35 girls to attend SMU (St. Michael’s University School) for grades 11-12. Her University years took her to Vancouver, Los Angeles and finally Halifax, where she majored in Political Science and Economics.
Susanna was licensed as a Realtor in 2001, with Royal LePage. After 3 years, she decided to take a leave of absence while her two children were middle teenagers, happy to be fully involved in their busy schedules. She was not far from real estate however, taking the AutoCad courses at Camosun College by night while renovating and selling her own real estate projects by day.
Susanna has been happily re-licensed since 2011.
Now, Susanna is the very proud Mother to Kel (34) and Mika (30) and recently became a grandmother to Freya (3 years) and Kora (10 months). When she is not working, she can be found on the squash or tennis court, golf course, cycling, or navigating along our magnificent west coast.
